The name S.O.S (Sisters of Survival) affirms how the ladies have worked hard to overcome incredible challenges as survivors of human trafficking. The word sisters is a family word. When the ladies join our program, they join a family. We want to demonstrate the family of God to them and to anyone beyond the doors of the Hope Center.
Every resident works with an assigned case manager to create a plan of hope that will lead to self-sustainability and reintegration into the community. The goal is for every lady to know their purpose in life. The program is complete with five phases lasting 15 months. After the completion of each phase, they will have a foundation with the five pillars that will continue to build for a lifetime.
SISTERS OF SURVIVAL (S.O.S)
A recovery program offering housing, food, clothing, life and employment skills, education, and overall well-being support for women survivors of human trafficking, ages 18-45.
Each phase will have services, classes, meetings, workshops, and projects that will focus on the five pillars. Everyone will be required to work with their case manager to develop a schedule that meets their needs and level of growth.
The schedule is reviewed every three months and rotates. Classes will be offered based on the needs and availability of the ladies as well as volunteers and staff to lead the classes.
