When Pastor Hubert and David Nolen learned of the local and international problem of human trafficking, they were compelled to help. They began to research domestic trafficking and identified one predominantly underserved population: women survivors. At the time, there were less than 500 beds nationwide dedicated to survivors of trafficking. Soon after, Pastor Hubert and David became aware of a property up for sale in Indianapolis, and after several months of business negotiations and much prayer, agreed on a rental lease agreement with the owners. With the recently obtained 25-acre campus and such incredible potential to offer women from all corners of the country a chance to heal and thrive, they moved forward in faith to create Hope Center Indy.

"A ministry that would go to the streets, highways, and byways that would bring in the less fortunate, the least of these, the broken, the bruised, and the battered."
Pastor Hubert Nolen, Co-Founder & Executive Director
